The Extasis Gift Card is virtual and will be sent to the email address of the person you wish to give a gift to after payment confirmation.

The Gift Card must be used exclusively on our official website www.extasis.com.br, for RETAIL purchases and is valid for 3 months after the date of purchase.

The card balance must be used once and does not generate change. If the purchase amount exceeds the card balance, the remaining purchase amount may be supplemented using the payment methods available on the website.

Cancellation can only occur upon formal request from the buyer and only if the balance has not been used, even partially. If the buyer cancels the gift card, the recipient will be informed by email.
